422 South worked with Emporium Productions to produce a range of CGI for the new 8-part Netflix documentary series ‘Toughest Forces on Earth’. The series follows 3 ex-special forces personnel as they travel the world diving deep into the planets most elite military units with simulations of real-life warfare situations revealing the dangers associated with military operations.
Our brief was to provide both 3D and 2D graphics along to assist in telling the stories of each country’s special forces, the challenges they face, and the artillery they use. With each unit using techniques specific to the terrain and type of challenges they face our aim was to provide a clear visual representation of exactly what is used by these highly trained military personel.
