The documentary feature film FOR WINTER, follows National Geographic Explorer and ice core scientist Alison Criscitiello as she leads an international team of scientists on a daring expedition to the summit plateau of Mount Logan. Alison and her team’s aim is to collect a record-breaking ice core from which they can extract crucial climate change data. This powerful documentary aims to inspire support for climate science and diversity in science and exploration.
Our mission was to provide maps, titles and graphics, including lower thirds and ‘route tickers’, that enhanced the overall aesthetic whilst conveying the teams physical and emotional journey.
FOR WINTER premiered at Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival in October 2024 and will be featured on the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour 2025.
